Meet Your Personal Style Editor

Francine Spencer is a Toronto based blogger and Personal Stylist. After graduating from George Brown College and receiving her Fashion Management Diploma, Francine was inspired to create her own personal blog “The Style Associate” as an outlet to express and share her own unique personal style, while inspiring other women to do the same. Instantly, she received such positive feedback, and the tremendous demand for her styling advice grew daily! In response to her follower’s requests, she established “The Style Associate” services for personal and home styling, giving her customers exclusive access to one-on-one customized styling, and shopping services tailored to their own personal flair and budget.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Francine has acquired the necessary expertise and knowledge to help you dress with confidence while keeping your own personal style in tact. Stylishly progressing from her first retail opportunity at Le-Chateau to 15 years later becoming the highest in demand "Style consultant" in Nordstrom's busiest department.

Behind the scenes, Francine is a mother to a beautiful and brilliant 17 year old daughter, while also a daughter to a remarkable and tenacious woman. When Francine is not busy making people or home spaces look fabulous, she is active in her own not-for profit organization called “Her Mission”. She founded this movement as a means to empower and uplift women in her local community, with a focus on providing support to domestic violence survivors. Her favourite part in supporting these women is through her make-over initiatives in which she gives women an opportunity to change how they see themselves.

Francine personally believes “When you look good, you feel great!” and her endeavour is to inspire others to feel good and “dress with confidence”, and this is what “The Style Associate” is founded on.
