What is a Personal Stylist?

A personal stylist helps clients achieve their desired looks by assisting them in the selection of personal style items for their wardrobe. These items include clothes, shoes, accessories etc.

What is a Personal Shopper?

A personal shopper analyses the client’s budget and preferences, then leads the shopping experience by guiding the client to products that are best suited to their needs

Why should I hire a Personal Stylist?

Hiring a personal stylist removes the challenge out of updating your wardrobe or deciding how to dress for special events. A personal stylist saves you time and ensures that you are always appropriately styled per your body type and lifestyle.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

In order to serve all our clients fairly within their appointed timeframe we are regretfully unable to accommodate lateness. An extra penalty fee of $50 will be charged for our time, and we are unable to extend the timing of your appointed session. Habitual lateness may also result in refusal of future services.

How much time in advance should I cancel my appointment?

We understand that plans can change beyond your control. To ensure that both you and our team are not affected by cancellations we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued if appointments are cancelled within 48hrs. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds without an advance cancellation notice or after our services have already been provided.

Do I need to organize my closet prior to our consultation?

We recommend the best practice of sorting through your closet to remove unwanted items prior to our consultation. However, it is not an absolute requirement.

Do you offer your services to men and children?

Absolutely, we extend our services to cater to men and children of all ages. Simply submit an email with the specifics and we will discuss further.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment via PayPal is preferred, but we also accept cash.  An invoice will be sent to your preferred email prior to our appointment where payment will then be required in full.

Please note a deposit of $100 is also required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time.

Can I bring a significant other, family member or friend to my appointment?

In order to maximize time and serve you best, We recommend one-on-one time with our clients. This ensures that you get the full benefits of our services without delays or distractions.
